Large-scale paintings, a wall-based installation, and several sculptures by the Chicago-based artist. The relationship between language, translation, and abstraction has been a driving force in Caroline Kent’s artistic practice over the last decade. For the artist, building a visual language of abstraction is one of the frameworks for pursuing respective lines of inquiry.
